Using pegboards is the most popular way to store Nerf guns. If you have other play weapons, like swords or lightsabers, hang them up on the pegboard for better organization.

This method should be used only on small, pistol-size Nerf guns. Choose a shoe organizer with pockets approximately the same width as your Nerf guns to make sure they will fit in the spaces. You can also designate a pocket to Nerf darts to keep them organized and off of the floor.

You can buy S hooks from most hardware or home improvement stores. If you don’t currently have a towel rack, you can hang it to the wall with anchors or mounting brackets.

Cut triangular-shaped dents in the foam lining placed on the sides to separate the Nerf guns’ barrels and prevent them from falling over.

Make sure you mark the trash bin as “Nerf Guns” to prevent others from mistaking it as a garbage bin.

You can also attach command hooks to the cabinet sides and hang a Nerf gun on each as an alternative.

If possible, find a container with a lid to keep your Nerf darts from spilling out.

Choose a wire rack with small holes to keep the darts from falling out of the sides.
